Unacceptable Service & Disrespect at McDonald’s Tanger Plage – June 1, 2025, 5:00 AM
Dear McDonald’s Customer Service,
I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the disgraceful service I experienced at your McDonald’s Tanger Plage location on June 1, 2025, at 5:00 AM. This was, without question, the most frustrating and humiliating fast-food experience of my life, and I am appalled by the unprofessional, rude, and negligent behavior of your staff—particularly the manager. What Happened:
Order Never Arrived After 1 Hour:
We placed our order using the table tablets, received a ticket and order number, and waited over an hour for our food.
When we asked about the delay, staff ignored us and falsely claimed the order had been sent—yet we still held the ticket, which should have been collected upon payment.
Rude & Insulting Treatment:
The manager was aggressive, dismissive, and outright insulting, arguing instead of solving the problem.
One employee even told us to "leave" because they "couldn’t do anything." Is this how McDonald’s treats paying customers?
Wrong Order & Possible Retaliation:
After finally checking cameras and confirming we paid but never received food, they gave us the wrong order.
Worse, our burger was drenched in spicy sauce—far beyond normal—as if intentionally sabotaged to punish us for complaining.
Zero Accountability:
No apology. No compensation. Just indifference and hostility after we paid with our Mastercard and waited for nothing.
My Demands:
A full refund for the order.
A written apology from the manager or corporate.
Disciplinary action for the staff involved—this behavior is unacceptable.

Read moreAVOID AT ALL COSTS! Without a doubt the worst mcdonalds i have ever been to in my life. I have never seen anything like the chaos i have seen in this place and I honestly cant understand how it is still open. Firstly, I made an order via the machines and went and stood to the side which itself was quite hard to do as there was probably 100+ people swarming the cashiers and order pickup point and shouting at the staff. After an hour my order still was not ready and after multiple attempts at getting a staff members attention he took my receipt and wandered off with it. Half an hour later i found him again and he still had my receipt in his had along with a stack of about 20 others and my order still had not been worked on. After that i got quite annoyed and asked to speak to a manager to which he replied there is no manager working today. After pushing to the front of the swarm of people i managed to get the attention of a kitchen worker who then went to work on my order and after roughly 2 hours and 15 mins, plus an extra 10 mins because he forgot my mcflurry i went out to the car park and opened my bay to find that they had also forgot to include one of the burgers in my order. Given how long it took to get served last time i couldnt be bothered going back in but i would say that this place is a shambles and i will never return and i advise anybody else to stay very clear.
