I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at [ blissrooftop of filth ], a place that, at first glance, seems to be a gem perched above the city, offering breathtaking views. But don’t be fooled by its facade. Beneath the surface, this establishment hides secrets so vile, they will leave you questioning how it even remains in business.
From the moment we walked in, my friend and I were greeted with nothing but disdain and disrespect. The staff, who outnumbered the customers, did nothing but stand around aimlessly. Instead of providing good service, they treated us like we were beneath them. The arrogance and outright rudeness were palpable. It’s almost as if they had forgotten that they are supposed to serve customers, not insult them.
One of the most appalling aspects was the blatant disregard for our preferences. Despite making it clear that I do not consume alcohol, they pressured us to order drinks we had no interest in. Their persistence was both invasive and disrespectful. It’s unbelievable that in this day and age, a restaurant would impose such requirements on its patrons.
But the nightmare didn’t stop there. At the reception, we were subjected to further humiliation. The staff, without any sense of professionalism or decency, questioned my age, as if my appearance somehow gave them the right to pry into my personal information. It was laughable – I could easily be older than any of them.
The treatment my friend received was no less shocking. After making a reservation for four people out of his own pocket, he was met with a ridiculous excuse that they couldn’t accommodate us because we were " only two people " . Meanwhile, we witnessed other guests securing tables for one person without any issues. The discrimination was blatant and sickening.
This restaurant doesn’t represent the beauty and hospitality of our city. It’s run by outsiders who have no respect for our values, and it shows in every interaction. If there were a way to give this place a zero-star rating, I wouldn’t hesitate.
I do not recommend anyone visiting this filthy place, filled with nothing more than talking rats. Save yourself the misery and avoid this disgraceful establishment at all costs. What you’ll find is not a dining experience, but an insult to...
Read moreI’m deeply disappointed and honestly outraged by the treatment I received at Bliss Rooftop in Casablanca.
I came to enjoy a cocktail while taking in the beautiful setting, but the experience quickly turned sour. When I asked for a drink, the waiter told me that due to Aid, the hotel was not serving alcohol and that people had to abstain for 48 hours. He also insisted I couldn’t order a drink without food. Fine—I complied and ordered a juice and a starter.
The juice came quickly, but the starter took so long it arrived when I had almost finished my drink. What is the point of forcing guests to order food if it arrives well after the drink? It made no sense at all.
But the worst part—and frankly, what infuriated me—was seeing a table of French men in front of me being served cocktails and even a bottle of champagne. When I asked the waiter how that was possible, he simply said: “They’re foreigners.” I told him I was Peruvian, also a foreigner, and only then he asked for my passport. At that point, it was too late.
This felt discriminatory, inconsistent, and deeply unprofessional. Just because someone doesn’t “look” foreign doesn’t mean they deserve different treatment. I felt disrespected and deceived.
Yes, the place is pretty and modern—but none of that matters when the service is unfair and the staff is making up rules based on who they assume you are. I will never return, and I absolutely do not...
Read moreNot Worth the Hype Disappointing Experience. I rarely write reviews, but our experience at Bliss was bad enough to deserve one. I absolutely do not recommend this place. From the moment we arrived, we were controlled on where to sit no flexibility, no hospitality. Then we were told we couldn’t just order drinks, that we must order food with it. One of my friends had already eaten and just wanted a drink since she just joined us , but they insisted she order a plate, even though we had already ordered plenty of food as a group . Totally unreasonable and unwelcoming. On top of that, the atmosphere was just uncomfortable. The staff, especially the hosts and managers, kept staring at us i don’t know why . We were there for barely 1.5 hours and honestly felt like they were pushing us to leave. For a place meant to be chill, it was the complete opposite. And to finish off the experience, we simply asked to split the bill (standard for any group of friends), and the staff gave us attitude What the heck Like… seriously? Between the unwelcoming staff, and the clear lack of basic customer service, Bliss was anything but blissful. Wouldn’t go back, and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values being treated with respect. My first time and definitely the last...
