Maybe something unexpected in downtown Casablanca but definitely something you have to try. This is not your average steak house but a place where people try to build a menu around star of the evening…. Dry aged beef. I month dry aged tender and juicy and no matter if you go for a single steak or an option to share it is worth it. The sides are all freshly made and so are the sauces. As appetizer I decided for a sea bream tatar. It was light, vibrant and had this hint of sweetness and fruitiness that made it special. The Dry aged rib eye was amazing and so was the ratatouille on the side. As dessert I had the banana soufflé with raisin rum ice cream. Great soufflé, moist and airy. Only the ice cream could have a tiny bit more of the rum flavor.
