It is very simple and unfair to dismiss this matter by saying that the complaint is false.

It is not true that we did not raise the issue immediately. The answer we received at the time was simply that this dish had already been charged to our table.

I believe that if you review the camera recordings, it will be quite clear when we first reported the problem.

New brand restaurant specialized in Asian Japanese food specialized in sushi. Their sushi we has fried and crispy sushi , casablanca , surimi and sushi pizza they were all delicious. Their prices are affordable. The place is very spacious, so it’s totally suitable for occasions or birthdays when we went there the place was kind of empty maybe because it was late at night during the week but other than that the staff were very nice, especially the waitress. She’s very welcoming and friendly. But they took so long to bring the food , this might the longest waiting we have experienced But we highly recommend going...
