Honestly, do not book this hotel. I went to check in and they were happy to do so. However, when I requested to see the room before handing over my cash they said they would need to put me in another room tonight and move me tomorrow. I was then taken to a room. Agreed that it will do. It was tiny but didn't look particularly dirty. Then came the bit where I had to pay. They wanted 20 Euros extra to what I booked on booking.conartists. I said 'that's not right' receptionist says 'it is'. I explained the price I agreed, I then showed him the confirmation email and the exchange rate. He said 'we don't use this rate, we use our one,it include a booking fee'. I asked what his rate was and showed him again the rate on Google. In the end I walked out because I noticed other hotels that were the same price that seemed better. In the end I stayed in a hotel in the Medina with more space for the same price. These guys are scammers and just charge you what they want, I have travelled the world and not once have I ever been asked to pay more because I booked. That's why it's cash only! Wifi isn't working. I opened the small refrigerator and the smell was just disgusting as if they haven't washed it in months. The shower was worse, water stays on the floor with no cleaning tool to even push the water down the shower drain if you get what i mean. I didnt sleep well because the pillow was so hard and uncomfortable like a rock. I would actually rate this hotel a 0/10 if can.
