I recently dined at O'Snap and had an unpleasant experience with the service. The waiter, Ismail, was very impolite and unprofessional. Franchement, une honte ! Vous vous êtes moqués de nous. La qualité est zéro. Le shawarma et le tacos étaient vraiment mauvais. Le poulet n’était pas tendre du tout. C’était sec et sans goût. Pour le prix qu’on a payé, c’est du vol. Très déçu. La nourriture est mauvaise, rien à voir avec ce qu’on attendait. Je ne recommande pas du tout. Passez votre chemin ! Vous méritez même pas une étoile

Je rectifie mon ancien avis, dernièrement le service s’est beaucoup amélioré, j’ai remarqué un total changement du personnel et maintenant sont plus accueillants et ont du savoir faire. J’ai commandé un tacos et j’ai tout apprécié! Le seul petit problème que j’ai remarqué et un léger retard pour me servir, mais sinon tout est bien et j’ai l’impression qu’on nous écoute. Bravo 💪
