Il Forno di Mogador Pizzeria — Restaurant in Essaouira

I will rate the food to be honest: The pizza was very tasty. BUT the service is below all levels. The woman at the cash register (probably the owner) took the order and didn't forward it to the kitchen. We waited over 45 minutes. When we complained she couldn't even say sorry! She told us we can wait because the pizza is already in the oven or she will give us the money back!!! what is this service please!? Customers come hungry and want to eat and wait over 45 minutes and get such an answer and the worst thing is the woman thinks she is professional with such an answer. Madame, first of all, you must learn to apologize. We all make mistakes, but apologizing can help in cases like this. Second, we were customers who came to your store to eat. Anyway I don't recommend the store because of the service. Also cleanliness was zero. There was no soap or toilet paper in the toilets. We took a Cesar salad and pasta, the salad was okay, but the pasta was terrible, it had a sour taste and i only could take 1 bite, when we complained they only said it was because of the mushroom and didn’t exchange it for us. Spent 50mad on that pasta and it only went to waste. The music was good tho :)

Edit: Idk how to reply to the answer the restaurant made so i made this edit, i don’t know them, it was my first time at essaouira and this was before Aid so they served the salad and pasta, i don’t know why they would want to disregard my comment, and no one from my family has never been to essaouira 🙄 this is both...

I don’t get this good reviews, just read a review saying the pizza was unbelievable, wait what ?

We came in for dinner, nothings looks professional, 0 smile, no napkins, waited 1hr to get a no taste pizza, a frozen pizza tastes better. 2 people working there 1 dealing with the clients and the other one makes the pizza and seriously he looks sad like he doesn’t want to do it.

I usually don’t review restaurants in here, not to hate on them but they must change the staff and make some efforts...
