What a hidden gem! It’s a ten minute walk from the Djema el Fna but way less busy. It’s a calm little terrace where you watch over a road. There are spots in the shade and sun, so something for everyone. The food is delicious, freshly made and you can smell your dish being made. The owners are super kind, speak amazing English. I wish I had found this place sooner! I added the menu so you can see for yourself!

Update: We went back the same day for dinner because it was so good! My boyfriend had a whole menu for 60 dirham. We added extra photos but it looked better when it was served because we had already started eating — we couldn’t help it; it is so good!

Again the service was wonderful, the place has such a peaceful ambience where you can enjoy true Moroccan delights. No pictures of the chocolate cake because it was in my stomach before I knew it… go check it out for yourself....

We stopped by Café & Restaurant Traditionnel, which is conveniently located right on the main road—super easy to find—and were pleasantly surprised! The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the central location.

So far, we’ve tried the omelette with onions and tomatoes, which was freshly made and full of flavor. The Naf Naf latte was rich and satisfying, and the English breakfast tea was perfectly brewed. Simple items, but done really well. Thankfully, they served breakfast all day.

The atmosphere is relaxed, and the service was friendly. It’s a great spot to take a break without feeling like you’re in a tourist trap. Looking forward to coming back to try more...

I've been in Marrakech for about a week. Let me tell you I've been out to eat at a new place for breakfast lunch and dinner.

This place? Best in town for sure or at least top 3.

The first good sign is that they have a small menu. 4 to 5 options for mains. I got the beef and prune tagine. Absolutely delicious.

The prices? Better than most places it's completely reasonable - towards the lower end in my opinion. They could definitely charge more.

The staff? So incredibly kind and sweet. You can immediately tell just by the way they talk to you and present themselves.

Do yourself a favor and skip the "european-ized" restaurants and go to places like this. You...

Small restaurant, with a simple menu of typical Moroccan products. You can have breakfast, lunch or dinner. The value for money is unbeatable. The food is great, super cheap (most places in Marrakech have prices for tourists and they are inflated compared to what they would pay in a local place, not here!) To highlight: the smoothies, the tortillas, the chicken tajine, the kefta and the harisa soup. In addition, they always have details with the client (cookies, sweets) and are very, very kind. I was looking for a copy shop to print the plane ticket (Ryanair doesn't accept return electronic tickets?!!) And when I asked the staff he went up to his house and he printed them for me. I was speechless. They deserve all the tip you can give them.
