Zeitoun Café Kasbah — Restaurant in Marrakesh Prefecture

Avoid, the staff allow locals to run off guests when they are called out for being rude and self entitled. ie - I witnessed one lady push an elderly lady aside to look in the mirror and spoke up, she was offended for being called for what she did, so she brought her issues to our table, the staff allowed it to happen and did nothing. For this, They are not worth my money no matter how good the food may be. I stood against something I thought was wrong (self entitlement and bulling of an elderly lady) and the restaurant did nothing and allowed our dinner to be ruined. For those of you wondering, the elderly lady in question and her husband did stop by and thanked us for standing up for her. The restaurant offered no apologies for the nights disruption nor would they ask the lady to leave, they let her stay and cause a scene. This was...

Best of the best... ..... GLUTEN FREE, VEGETARIAN and VEGAN spot in almost whole town!! Amazing design and decoration, 100% ethnic character, lot of choices in gluten free, vegan and vegetarian dishes, top quality of each dish, absolutely and unexpectedly perfect combination of the ingredients of each dish, clean environment and good service. Perfect location to relax after a long exhausting walk in chaotic Marrakech!! 🌺🌴 Feel sad that i had no idea earlier about the existence of this lovely place with the very tasty food and especially gluten free choices ..... that for me it is a big problem ... Prices are perfect and very low, quality is top compare to other very popular restaurant's in Marrakech who have really good reputation .. . .. 👌

It was my first night here with my partner and I happened to see Zeitoun Café on our way to drop things off at our hotel. We were hungry so we checked it out.

The staff was unbelievably friendly and did everything to accommodate us. There was an issue due to the heavy rain and they informed us that they had to turn off part of the electricity. They provided us with a super romantic dinner with lighting that didn't need electricity. I am so grateful for the staff and their hospitality. Thank you for making our first evening in Marrakech so special!
