Villa Arron: Next-Level Cocktails and Chic Ambiance
An Elevated Dining and Cocktail Experience
Villa Arron immediately impresses with its chic, refined atmosphere. This is a destination for those seeking an elevated night out in Marrakech, blending high-end service with a sophisticated European flair.
Ambiance and Seating The restaurant's design is stunning, providing a vibrant backdrop for the evening. We were fortunate to secure a fabulous table that looked directly down the restaurant and faced the bar, offering a perfect vantage point to take in the energy and movement of the entire space. It truly enhanced the experience, making us feel perfectly positioned within the heart of the action.
The Signature Cocktail The bar program here is clearly exceptional, and their signature Negroni with Arab-infused coffee is proof. This cocktail was truly another level, transforming a classic drink with a rich, aromatic twist that was both surprising and perfectly balanced. It's a must-try and easily the highlight of the evening.
The Menu: Innovative Moroccan-European Fusion The culinary offerings proved to be just as inventive as the cocktails. We started with the beautifully balanced Sea bream gravlax with white garlic, fresh grapefruit in syrup, and grapes, a dish showcasing fresh, bright flavours. We also enjoyed the playful Moroccan touch of the chicken cigars with preserved lemon, cinnamon, and icing sugar—a perfect sweet and savoury appetizer.
For the main courses, the innovative fusion continued:
The Octopus stew with loubia medina was hearty and deeply flavourful.
The Poultry meatballs, sweet spiced onion confit, and homemade cavatelli provided comforting yet sophisticated dining, marrying rich North African spices with classic Italian pasta technique.
Final Thoughts Villa Arron offers more than just dinner; it offers an experience defined by style, great seating, truly innovative mixology, and a standout menu. Highly recommended for a glamorous night...

A Culinary Masterpiece: A Five-Star Dining Experience
From the moment I stepped into this extraordinary establishment, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of refined elegance and welcoming warmth. The lighting was soft and golden, casting a gentle glow over tastefully arranged tables adorned with crisp linens and fresh flowers. The ambient music played just low enough to be soothing, but never intrusive, creating a perfect backdrop for conversation.
The service was nothing short of exemplary. Each member of the staff exuded professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine warmth. Our server was not only well-versed in the menu, but also possessed an intuitive understanding of timing — always appearing exactly when needed, yet never interrupting the flow of our evening. The sommelier recommended a wine pairing that elevated each dish with seamless precision, enhancing the symphony of flavors unfolding before us.
And the food — what a revelation. Each course was a work of art, both visually and in taste. The ingredients were clearly of the highest quality, prepared with masterful technique and plated with an artist’s eye for detail. The starter, a delicately seared scallop resting on a velvety bed of cauliflower purée, was an ethereal beginning. The main course — a slow-cooked lamb shank with rosemary jus — was melt-in-your-mouth tender, balanced beautifully with roasted root vegetables and a hint of citrus zest that lifted the entire dish. Even the breadbasket was memorable, featuring freshly baked sourdough and rosemary focaccia served with whipped butter infused with sea salt and herbs. This restaurant is a rare gem — where every element, from the meticulously curated menu to the flawless service and inviting ambiance, converges to create an unforgettable dining experience. I would return in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone seeking not just a meal, but a celebration of gastronomy...
Read moreWe ate at this restaurant last year and it was a fabulous experience, so we decided to revisit, as a treat, on our last night in Marrakesh on Thursday 11/9/25. The seating had changed but the decor still felt special. As I’d had a fabulously flavoured bloody olga drink last year, I was looking forward to another. My drink arrived and it was nothing special like last year, just tomato juice and vodka, no flavour/spices added. My daughters had the smoothies. We ordered the tomato with anchovies and gravalax for starters which were delicious. We followed with main courses of Seabass, octopus, and duck sausage. The main courses were nothing special, served with a bowl of mashed potato. For a sweet we shared strawberries and cream, which was not amazing. Sadly, this restaurant was definitely not the same experience compared to last year. We had 5 days staying at a friends Riad and we had only eaten there until the last night. Following our meal at villa aaron I woke up at midnight with terrible stomach pains and diarrhoea. I have been ill ever since and seeing a uk doctor tomorrow, as they suspect I have campylobacter due to contaminated food, and my youngest daughter also has the same symptoms. We are all certain that our stomach upset has been caused at this restaurant as we were all well until eating at villa aaron. Such a shame to write this review following such an amazing...
