Projet M — Restaurant in Marrakesh Prefecture

First of all, this used to be 'La cantine Parisienne', 'Project M' is very different. The interior has totally changed, the casual changed into something more chique. The prices also went up it seems. This means the clientele might change as well. Menu is fine but what what we got was a bit disappointing. The Carpaccio was served with lettuce on top, very little parmesan cheese and no vinegar or other toppings to choose from. It was a very big plate though, but looking at the price I expected a bit more. The entrecote we had was also disappointing, it wasn't the best piece, presentation was poor, only some fries as extra garniture. The bearnaise sauce was good but cold, maybe that's the intention but I have never seen it this way in a restaurant. I'm not convinced...

Incredible food, gorgeous restaurant. The other 5* reviews are no joke. This restaurant is absolutely fantastic and the meals we had were unreal. Recommend the beef tenderloin. Probably in my top 3 steaks ever. The mash was amazing and the beef was cooked to perfection.

Staff were friendly and welcoming and the vibe is great. Good for families for a nice dinner or a romantic night for two.

Wow, what a great experience. Food was excellent. We had the foie gras appetizer and chicken parm and risotto for main course, all very good. Decor is great, great subtle vibe with friendly staff and owner. Nothing over the top compared to other restaurants in the area, just a great evening. And pricing is...
