Taberna12 — Restaurant in Marrakesh Prefecture

I regret to say that I need to share this feedback. This used to be one of my favorite spots to enjoy a drink and dinner, but unfortunately, things have changed. Last night, I had a disappointing experience, and no one even offered an apology.

After having a few drinks, I ordered a filet. As I took my second bite, which included both the vegetables and the meat, I felt something sharp in my mouth. It turned out to be a fish bone that somehow ended up mixed with the vegetables. I approached one of the servers and asked if he knew whether the vegetables had been cooked with fish. I requested that he inform the kitchen about this issue, as it's unacceptable to serve a filet with a fish bone present. He assured me that he would get back to me, but he never returned.

When I asked for the check, another server arrived. I inquired if he was aware of what had happened, but he knew nothing about it and seemed primarily concerned with processing the payment. I wasn't expecting the dish to be removed from the bill; all I wanted was some assurance that the kitchen had been informed of the issue and a simple apology, especially as a regular customer.

Unfortunately, this experience has made it clear that this establishment is no longer a place I can recommend or return to...

I went to Taberna 12 in Marrakech with my friends, and even though the food and drinks were fine, one of the waiters completely ruined the experience. There was a guy, I think his name was amine (if he didn’t lie about it), who was really unfriendly and had a very bad attitude. He kept looking at us in a strange, almost angry way, and the way he talked was loud and aggressive compared to how he spoke to other customers.

It made us feel uncomfortable, which is not what you expect when you go out to have a good time at a bar with friends. The rest of the staff were actually very nice, especially the girl working there who was super sweet and smiling all the time.

But because of that one waiter’s behavior, I wouldn’t go back. I don’t want to spend my money somewhere I can’t feel relaxed...

The place itself is nice if you like small bars and stuff for a quick date, we were 5 friends enjoying our night there. The food is good, drinks are good too, but we had an inconvenience with one of the servers who was eyeing us since we first came in and was rude to us throughout the night. He was gossiping about us while looking at us with his coworkers which made us very uncomfortable, at the end of the night we had an argument because he was very rude talking to us which made us talk to his manager who kept on apologizing for the...
