Our first visit to morroco, marrakech. Beautiful airport but very busy.
All Morrocons are so nice, friendly and very helpful too.
At the airport staff were very nice and helpful too. Taxi driver also very helpful and nice.
The hotel is a few minutes walk to the shops and restaurants very convenient.
We are very happy with our big room. Maid clean the room every morning and replaced fresh bath towels and hand towels etc. They are all very nice and hard working. Thank you.
The breakfast is nice. Not my every day breakfast. Unfortunately the cappuccino is not consistent. Too milky. The staff are nice and friendly too.
Our dinners are so delicious. We are so happy. All the diner staff are very friendly and helpful. We like to thank Othmane, Mahdi and Adnan for their amazing services. Keep up the good work. Thank you.
We like to thank the manager Abdelaadim who helped us to called jet2 because jet2 staff didn't text us prior to the depart daye. Mr. Abdelaadim he was such a gem. He is very friendly and very helpful to us. Thank you.
All the reception staff are very friendly and helpful too. Especially thanks to Abdellah and Tarik and another couple of the staff too. I didn't ask for their names. Keep up the good work.
We would definitely come back to Morocco but different part of morroco.
I would recommend friends and family to come and stay at...

Perfect place to explore the city and shopping areas of Gueliz as well as being within walking distance of the railway station and Supratours bus station where we took a trip to Essaouira for 2 nights during our 7 night stay at Hotel Le Caspien. Rather than checking out, we chose to pay for the other 2 nights in a different city so we had the benefit of being able to return without having to pack and check-in again or put our bags in storage. The room at Le Caspien was clean and we were at the front of the hotel on the 3rd floor above the Spanish Tapas (Taberna). Complaints about noise has been mentioned - on our first night we realised there is an internal window and another outer window. We could hear noise but after closing the outer window, it created a double glazed effect and we experienced no further noise for the duration of our stay. The breakfast was a little sparse and not quickly replenished which meant having to ask for juices to be refilled, yoghurts added into the fridge etc. Hard but comfortable beds which is the course of things in Morocco is something we discovered. On our last evening, we took our evening meal at the French restaurant by the small pool at the rear of the hotel. We would definitely...
