Definitely the taste of momo has fallen down over years but still a go to place for jhol momo. But the service has degraded so much that will make you rage over the slow and careless staff over there. I wasn't happy with having to do everything by myself except cooking over there. You want momo - go to the front table, your spoon fell off and need a new one - go to the front table, you want to add jhol - go to the front table, you want a spicy sauce - go to the front table. You want to order they won't listen - go to the front table. I still like the taste of the momo but man I just don't like to visit the place just thinking of the extra work. At least they can reduce our work by keeping hot sauce and spare spoons at the table nai. This will reduce the crowd gathering at the front table area too. One of the examples of Ridiculously charging money for brand names. Having said that I still like the taste of momo there. They just need to improve the service else not goinggggg. Lots of better options...

Review: My recent visit to this place was deeply disappointing. I ordered paneer momo but received buffalo momo instead, a stark difference from what was advertised. When I raised the issue with the staff, their lack of apology and dismissive attitude left me feeling disheartened. It's unacceptable to serve the wrong food without acknowledging the mistake.

Not only was I misled by the menu, but the indifference from the staff and manager added to the frustration. Their failure to take responsibility for their error reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction.

I plan to share photos and videos of this incident to highlight the misrepresentation and lack of accountability. This kind of deception and disregard for customer concerns is unacceptable.
