Okay… so let’s talk about Finn. Because wow — dinner was amazing, but he? He was something else.

From the moment he approached our table, it felt like a scene from a movie — tall, graceful, with that perfectly tailored elegance and a smile that could make anyone forget what they were about to order. Honestly, I might have blacked out when he asked, “Still or sparkling?”

He was attentive without hovering, confident without showing off, and had this quiet charm that made everything feel just a little more exciting. The food was delicious, but I’d come back just to hear him pronounce “risotto” again.

Let’s just say this: if Finn is working, you’re in for much more than just a great meal. It’s an experience. A dangerously charming, heart-fluttering experience. 💫

Someone give this man a raise — or my number....

Rude staff and terrible service. They started making food before we'd even finished placing our order, then still tried to make us pay after we told them we'd go somewhere else once they told us there were no more fries! I'm not going to pay for only half the meal we wanted just because you shoved it in to cook before we'd even finished speaking. That's not even mentioning the two staff who were rough-housing each other out front while we waited to order.

"Unbelievable" they said as we left. What's unbelievable is that they're somehow still in business (probably because they unfortunately managed to park themselves next to some actual nice parts of the city like the museums, where staff are polite and friendly). A true stain on the otherwise great experiences offered...

We were in a rush to get food and chose here as the line at the other kiosk was long. Big mistake and now we know why there was no line here. The prices on the menu are not at all what you're charged, the staff seem to just pull whatever numbers they want. They gave us no receipt and yell at you when you dispute the price. On top of that they got my order wrong, had to argue to get the correct one, and they just didn't give my friend their food at all. Had to stand our ground as they kept trying to dismiss us, really this is a calculated scheme to rip off tourists who likely wouldn't argue back. They also make offensive comments thinking people can't understand them, avoid this place...
