To the Management of Coffeeshop Club Media,
I am writing to express my serious concern regarding a recent experience at your coffeeshop, which I have supported for many years as a loyal customer.
Recently, I brought someone with me to the cafe who, unfortunately, caused a problem by spitting on a woman. I do condem this behavior, and I fully understand the seriousness of the incident. However, I must speak out about how your new employee handled the situation.
This employee, who is not Dutch and does not speak Dutch, approached me in a very aggressive and disrespectful manner. He threatened to call the police and said he would “deal with” the person I had brought, which I found very unprofessional and even threatening. I am not responsible for that person’s actions, yet I was treated with suspicion and disrespect, despite being a long-time customer who has spent a lot of money at Club Media.
This new staff member clearly lacks the training, communication skills, and professionalism needed to work in such an environment. His behavior is damaging the atmosphere and could seriously harm the reputation of your coffeeshop. Aggressive actions like his are far more dangerous for your business than the behavior of one outsider.
I have already been suspended for a month, which I accepted. But let me be clear: I will not return to Club Media as long as this aggressive and disrespectful employee is working there.
If no action is taken, I will be forced to take this matter further and file a formal complaint with the police, as I believe this employee is not only unprofessional but potentially a threat to the safety and reputation of your business and your customers.
I urge the owner or manager to take this matter seriously and to speak with this employee before more damage is done. Club Media has always been a respected place, and I would hate to see that change because of one person.
Sincerely, A Concerned and...
Read moreyesterday I went with my wife. she's on a wheelchair. I went to buy some weed and to spend some nice time in the coffee area with my wife ( she's very ill and dying );.
While I was waiting to be served some other customers had to pass through. The man at the ocunter asked me to move the wheelchair out of the way so the customer could pass through.
Wehn I turned around the customers had passed through anyways. So I turned back to the man on the counter to continue being served.
The man at the ocunter then doubled down in his request to move the wheelchair, and also accused me of not taking care of my wife by saying '' you have to move her she's your wife ''.
Now that type of comments is completely unacceptable.
I take care of my wife everyday. I wash her, I dress her, I feed her.
The customer service in this establishment is rude, judgemental, and completely out of line.
That is not how a customer should be treated, particularly in a delicate situation like mine.
Be warned people. if you go here you might be treated like a number, a cash point on legs sort to speak, without empathy as sort, and without any for of...

This bit is added because of the reply they just gave me.
The fact
My wife wheelchair was a bit on the way but the customers who had to go through they went through anyways and despite the person at the counter telling em to move the wheelchair the customers went through anyways.
And they also told me not to worry cause it was. Ta problem
The person at the counter than had the brilliant idea of doubling down and insisting I move the wheelchair. Telling me in Avery arrogant and judgemental way " it's your wife you need to help her " which sent me over the moon.
I help my wife Every day I wash her i dress her I feed her... So hearing that was absolutely unacceptable.
Now you either apologise or I'm gonna be strong with my position..
You need to understand that my wife is dying of a very painful and slow illness and to be told essentially that I'm not looking. After my wife it is absolutely...
