Bagels & Beans — Restaurant in Amsterdam

I've stopped writing negative reviews but this place deserves one. I'm usually quite easy going but I had to write this as they are completely clueless and I feel as though I need to warm others. I went to the bar to order, but then they told me to wait at my seat, which took them ten minutes to come to my table and take my order! The poor man sitting next to me had the same problem until I had to tell them to take his order!

The bagel took over half an hour to arrive once ordered, and it was below par to say the least. Cheap ingredients you could find at Albert Hein, super dry, not worth the £9 it costs, plus it was tiny.

To whoever the franchise owner is, your employees are doing a terrible job and they're making your brand experience awful. I will now no longer go to any Bagel and beans, and you need to do something about this. Customer experience is the main differentiator between brands, and it's painful to see employees and team leaders of this cafe care so...

Very lovely atmosphere, super clean and green! ✅ Bagels were average at best. Tuna melt was the best of the three we tried. It was the only warm bagel and it was barely warm. Don’t bother with the Thai chicken - if my eyes were closed, I wouldn’t know I’m eating chicken.
