Worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. Don’t waste your time or money here. First of all, there was a bug on my pizza. A nasty little thing just sitting there on the melted cheese. It was baked in, so clearly they don’t even look at the food before serving it. When I pointed it out, the waiter didn’t even care. No apology, no offer to replace it—nothing. He just looked annoyed, like I was ruining his day by saying something.

And guess what? He was too busy watching football on his phone at the bar instead of doing his job. We waited forever just to order, and then even longer for the bill, while he stood there glued to the screen. Unreal.

The food was absolute garbage. The pizza (bug aside) was a greasy mess with soggy crust and cheap-tasting toppings. The pasta was overcooked and drowned in watery sauce. Tasted like someone dumped a jar of store-brand tomato sauce on some noodles and called it a day. Nothing had flavor, and everything looked like it was thrown together in five minutes.

The waiter’s attitude was awful. No hello, no smile, didn’t check on us once. Just rude and lazy. Felt like we were bothering him just by being there.

And the music? What even was that? Loud, horrible, random crap. Not Italian at all. It didn’t fit the place and just made the whole experience even worse.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this place seriously pissed me off. If I could give zero stars, I would. Dirty, lazy staff, awful food, and the worst service I’ve ever had....

Came in hungry with a family of 4 at 6:15pm. We were served drinks and appetizers immediately and they were tasty! (Garlic bread and bruschetta) We ordered food at the same time as appetizers. The terrible waitress put our order on a ticket next to the register and never put it into the system! We watched 18 meals (I actually counted) get served that were ordered AFTER ours. My family and I were beside ourselves. Then, we finally receive our $80 bill by asking a second waitress (because ours left!) for food that honestly needed flavor, or at least some salt. Paid by Apple Pay, got the instant confirmation on my phone that I was charged, then the server says that the charge didn’t go through. They gave me a hard time and wanted me to pay again. I said, no way! So they called the manager. He showed up on a scooter in 5 min, so he was close. 5 min later they said everything was ok. I saw the manager walking out and walked with him outside to describe my discontent (out of respect, not in front of the customers). He appreciated that and invited me back in for a drink and dessert, but after being there 2h we wanted to go home! He said please come back tomorrow and he will take care of me. This response alone brought this rating from a 1...

October 2025 They reinvented the focaccia! Understand that dealing with all kind of tourists all the time must be exhausted and frustrating but... professional staff must keep the professionalism always. There was a VERY rude waitress, a blonde young boy that during the first interaction, when we asked about something he was putting in the table, something like: what is this?, He shouted: you don't know what is this?! It's a FOCACCIA! (attached picture of the "focaccia that we got, so you understand our confusion). Obviously he is not Italian and I believe either have much experience with Italian food...Anyway, payment arrived and again, we received more "attitude " from the same person. The dark haired waitress was much much better, polite and that gave you one more star. About the food: Burrata missing olive oil but not bad, pasta, al dente but tasteless, the meat (with a weird base of glaze balsamico) got no complaints, and also the Eggplant was good (wrong cheese used but...)...A shame that one person attitude and unprofessionalism can ruin a dinner and got you a bad review...that I believe is not...

There were only two positive things about this restaurant: - First the atmosphere was great. - Prices were fair. Now about the negative points: - The food was very distasteful. - The service was terrible. The waiter had no idea about the wines on the menu. He could not give us any advices or whatsoever. So we ordered one bottle blindly and when he brought it, he just put it on the table. He didn’t even attempt to pour it for us, as any normal waiter should. - The bill was wrong. So, we ordered 6 espressos and it took them 20 minutes to prepare them. Even though we were quite late there and there were almost no other visitors. It took them ages to prepare them. And when the bill came he had charged us 12 espressos. She. When we brought this to his attention he didn’t even seem distressed about the mistake. Next mistake was, instead of returning 22€ he brought us just 20€. I’m not for the 2 euros that were missing, but about the principle. This is unacceptable. He should have apologized and maybe even overcompensated us. My verdict: I do not recommend this place!!

It could and should be better. 😒 The appetisers are a joke, the very small portions are extremely overpriced (1 one! mushroom filled with cheese, 10 Euro.) Bruschetta with prosciutto means 2 small slices of baguette, slices smaller than a child's palm ✋, with a half of small cherry tomatoe and a slice of prosciutto. The pasta was very dry, we had to put some olive oil on it, to be able to eat it. It tasted ok...ish but also small portions. The personal was nice but somewhat overwhelmed even if the tiny restaurant was just half full. So the food has nothing to do with authentic Italian cuisine, the waiter said, it's "almost"authentic (whatever that means). We made a reservation for a certain table early in the afternoon, for 8 o'clock in the evening. Of course they forgot about it. The drinks came with a huge delay. 😔 I write very rarely negative reviews, I didn't believe at first the other negative ones, that's why we wanted to give it a try and because we love AUTHENTIC Italian kitchen. Big disappointment 😣 for a whole lot of money. 💰 Sorry guys 🤷‍♀️
