Not sure if it is only today, but the service is really not that good. There is only one person taking the order, serve and clean up the table. We waited quite a while to have our order taken. BUT he don’t missed the small details to ask for the spicy level. Sometimes people will forget, but at least he remembers to ask. That’s about service
Food, good thing is all the food served were hot, the wedges was nice, the rice with chicken and shrimps were good too. And the winglets too. And best it is not salty. Thus far two days in Amsterdam this was the best food, even though I am not sure if this is African food, but it means our standards from the taste perspective.

And the food? Mind blowing. Each dish is like, a tiny little edible sculpture. Seriously, I almost felt bad eating it...almost. It's like a party in your mouth, a flavor explosion that makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Cheesy, I know, but it's true! Oh, and the chicken... the chicken. While in Amsterdam for work, I found Malva. Located in the South East of Amsterdam, it has a chilled, quiet atmosphere and it is right next to the tram stop.
The service was great with friendly staff and short wait times. And the food was simply fantastic. We had Cape Malay Curry, Malva Pudding and Koeksusters. All of which tasted exactly as they would at home.
