Ciao Bella — Restaurant in Amsterdam

Ordered via ubereats last week. My wife was the only one who ate the food, Arencino and Pane (she ordered with Aioli but they delivered something with truffle instead) and she consequently spent the entire day on the toilet with extremely bad stomach cramps, utterly terrible. It was the only thing she ate that day so it was clearly the cause. If I had any doubt I would not write a review. We contacted ubereats and they said they would escalate the issue, however we never heard back. Therefore I am writing this review. Accidently stopped by because it started raining and I was a bit hungry. First impressions when you enter are superb, atmosphere is top notch, and the owners seemed super nice

Good ambient music and nice little eating area inside.

Food was excellent and super affordable for Amsterdam. 5€ for a delicious Caprese salad is just unbeatable. Too bad this was my last week in Amsterdam, had I known before my studies finished, I would have made it a favourite place to eat at when you are to lazy to cook.

(Avoid and go elsewhere) Terrible food and worse customer service. Ordered a bolognese from them through Uber Eats. As you can see, what I got wasn't even close to what was advertised. I rang them to see if they could help me out. Helpful staff that had to ask their boss if they could fix their mistake. Their boss (without calling or talking to me) said it was impossible that they had messed up and that I wasn't to be given the correct dish. Essentially calling me a liar. I felt bad for the staff member on the phone as they seemed pretty embarrassed. Look at that dish....
