FINE SUSHI — Restaurant in Amsterdam

The female staff who took my order was really impolite and kind of ra**(though we are actually of the same nationality which makes me more upset . Basically i asked what’s the size of each piece of sushi before ordering and she gave me the face of what are you saying and she said “i don’t understand your question.” She turned to her boss and talked in Chinese. I was like fine, we can speak Chinese, but she became even more impolite and impatient. I ordered a sushi box and she only said two sentences to me afterwards :”card or cash?” “Here you go” in Chinese and then dropped me my sushi without even looking at me . However, during waiting time, i noticed that she was fairly nice to other customers, using words like thanks and enjoy, showing a smile face. It is crazy how good and authentic the food is in this little family run restaurant. While there is limited seating in this restaurant i cannot emphasize how good and fresh the maki, nigiri and sashimi are at this place. And a special shout out to the amazing wasabi served here which is probably one of the best I have had. As an added bonus you also get some delicious boba drinks served here. I love this restaurant so much I went twice during my 2 day stay in Amsterdam. I had the half and half Poke bowl with Spicy sauce, the fish was very fresh and delicious. I also had the Brown Sugar Boba and the Lychee Wolfberry, both delicious and not super sweet. And lastly, the service was great! The woman I interacted with both days was so kind and sweet. I highly recommend this place, I will definitely be back when I’m in Amsterdam...
