I Love Sushi & Poké Bowl Amsterdam Centrum — Restaurant in Amsterdam

I’m not happy to do this but need to give a bad review here. We try not to eat out too much with my boyfriend but who doesn’t love some sushi sometimes! So we spend +50€ for a nice dinner with home delivery after a long day. Then comes the unfortunate surprise that our order was changed to pick up without proper notification (15min after the planned delivery time, the don’t even bother to call, and we ordered over an hour in advance!). If we knew delivery wasn’t an option, we wouldn’t have ordered from this place today. But oke, we go pick up, 15min bike ride in a slightly rainy weather. Then we get a paper bag!! Which ended disastrously in this weather very quickly (not to mention when we got delivery from here before, it came in a more durable plastic bag every time). My boyfriend calls them and they promise to replace the full order if he comes back for it. Another 10+min bike ride, just to find someone else there playing him that he can only get one part of the order (sadly nothing from my part of the order) and pretending not to speak English well anymore. After some back and forth and a horrible experience, he walks away with half what we paid for and a horrible experience. Instead of easy food delivery which wasn’t gonna be cheap, it took a lot of time, stress and ended up with half the food 2 hours later than planned. ordered a tuna poke bowl. With the previous owner this bowl (9euro had so much tuna and other green stuff. Unfortunately In this same bowl (now 11,50 euro) the tuna was way less and there was so much cucumber, edamame instead and just a little bit of avocado. Please make this poke bowl more adventurous (maybe add some mango and other stuff)? Because I still think the quality is very good. I would like to try out again...
