We reason we went here was because the internet told us that they have vegan options. When we arrived there I could not find any dish marked as vegan so we asked. The grilled sandwich is vegan and can as wished be eaten as a salat as well. (Please mark vegan food as vegan this makes a vegans life so much easier) I was very hungry so the sandwich (which was excellent!!)which was served after 45minutes Did not fill my stomage too much. But for the price of about 10euro I did not want to order an other one or actually wait an other 45minutes.. The cakes looked very delicious which made me really sad cause they we're not vegan but you should probably give them a try So we went somewhere else after it. The atmosphere in the restaurant was great, such a nice decoration. The homemade drinks we're also delicious. So if you are just up for a little snack, chatting with a friend it is the perfect...
Read moreOne advice : read the bad reviews first. We were disappointed. French mint tea , there is no tea ! Only mint and hot water. 3 small slices of grilled bread with the Shakshouka, we asked for 4 other slices after waiting few minutes the bread was served cold not grilled not even heated. We were not able to eat it and we paid 1 euro the slice , 4 euros the 4 slices ( the same bread you find in the supermarket 1 or 2 euros the whole pack) . I asked the server how come they serve a cold bread without any effort not even heated. She asked the manager or the person responsible and she cames to us with a funny answer , saying that they thought that if they grilled it, this will take time so they decided to serve it like that. So they took the decision to serve it cold and add it in the bill :) The only positive plate was the shakshouka but bring your bread...
Read moreAwful service, asked for ham, was told there was no ham but they can give bacon instead. I asked in that case would I be charged for ham or bacon. Waiter said he will go ask the chef, comes back and says that's okay they can give me bacon but charge for the ham since they ran out. Delighted I was. Received the final bill, and see I was charged for the bacon instead of the ham. Before paying the bill I told the waiter I had been charged for the bacon (which would've been fine in the end considering I did get bacon) chef comes marching over from the kitchen looking angry and points at menu saying bacon is 4.50 not 1.50 (price of the ham). Talking to me like I was in the wrong and I can't read? I simply asked and was told it was okay, guessing because he could tell I was a tourist he clearly just hoped I didn't notice I had been charged...
