I experienced very serious racial discrimination in this store.

On the morning of July 12th, I made a purchase at the store. A white girl with brown hair tied in a ponytail in the store had a very rude attitude towards me. Obviously, she is a racist. She showed a very impatient attitude towards me, which is completely different from her attitude towards other white customers. When I asked her for a fork, she even showed a very disdainful expression towards me. After I finished eating, I returned the fork to her and said thank you to her. She not only did not respond with along face, but also coldly threw her fork very forcefully into the pool, clearly expressing her dissatisfaction with me. This makes me feel very confused. I don't know what I did wrong by seeking a fork to eat in the store.

I visited this patisserie with my mom last year to enjoy tea, coffee, and a nice piece of cake. We had such a wonderful experience that we decided to come back again this year - and now it’s becoming a little tradition for us. The cakes are always so fresh and delicious, and the hot drinks are excellent. The lovely older lady who served us was incredibly attentive, kind, and friendly, which made the visit even more enjoyable. The location is perfect, right in the center of Amsterdam, yet the atmosphere inside is calm, quiet, and welcoming. I went two days. The first day the old lady in the counter had bad attitude. I met my friends in the counter when they were ordering and I came just in that moment and she said to me that What was my problem? It was rude, she was might be confused If I was going to order in the middle of the other customer order but I just was there waiting for being attended. I’m aware that customer service is hard but that’s not the way to handle it.
