JOE & THE JUICE — Restaurant in Amsterdam

I'm always left a bit disappointed every time I visit any JtJ. I had high hopes for this location. They certainly spent a ton of money on build-out. The place is beautiful! But the coffee is still only mediocre and the food while good is over priced or what you get. The thing that really gets me at this location is the sheer number of food delivery drivers (6 in the 15 minutes I was here) that have to lug their bags through the restaurant and past patrons to collect orders from the back kitchen. The people that work here seem very nice but their problem solving is not the best/dont take the job serious, giving the brand a hint of amateur, carelessness and unprofessionalism. I order the same juice in the center and always comes delicious. First time I go to the location at Van Woustraat. Sadly, the order was messed up and the solution was to make a smoothy with apple juice and 1/3 of the greens the order should have For €9 I expected a juice (not a blended watered down green drink 🥲) with the amount of ingredients I payed for. I ordered a serrano sandwich and got something completely different. A simple request that apparently was too complex for this so-called restaurant to fulfill. These scammers have zero respect for their customers' orders. The food quality is appalling, and they even had the nerve to charge me for their mistake and refuse to refund or send the correct order.
