Le falafel — Restaurant in Amsterdam

Hands down - the BEST falafel I've ever had. While the shape could be better I cannot complain about the taste of the texture. It was so delicately crisp on the outside and so soft on the inside you wonder how it keep together. Just the gentlest of oressure, a slight crunch as the crust breaks and you taste the BEST falafel ever! About 7 or 8 balls in the side dish falafel I ordered. They were so delicious hot! But I could not finish them all. Had 4.5 leftover which I put in the fridge. Next day had it with some hummus from the same place - I didn't even hear them. nd still they were phenomenal!

I ordered pickup and ate in my car. So not eating the atmosphere. I had ordered ahead and my order was waking for me when I got there. The falefal was hot and the humidity was cold. It was all so good.

What a place we have discovered with our family! Their food, service, atmosphere and absolutely human-oriented relationship with their customers it is remarkable. Every time we get 100% quality food, incredibly delicious, fresh and light. I wish all vegan and vegetarian food to be like this - organic, tasty and unbelievably fresh. You eat and cannot stop doing it. This is for us the most favorite ever falafel and vegan and vegetarian place here in Amsterdam. We wish there are more such places in the town and in the world. The falafel was extremely well prepared with fresh ingredients, fresh prepared falafel, the pita bread has the right thickness, where it is not very thin nor very thick, perfect balance.
