KFC — Restaurant in Amsterdam

Tried to order for pick-up (because the delivery at thuisbezorgd gets a nice 1.5 stars..) via the KFC app at home. Selected all the items we wanted to order, click on order, click on pay, nothing. Great..

So we went there to get the food. Order everything again at the digital register and wait. And wait some more. After 20 minutes we hear our number being called out, someone who muttered something that didn't sound like the order went right, and seeing them flee to the back of the kitchen to avoid us. The other personnel was standing around doing nothing, claiming they could not help us because it wasn't their order. About 4 staff members kept trying to dodge us by heading into the kitchen or just staring and say nothing.

Eventually someone found a bag with three of our 12 ordered items an then some action slowly started going on. One person slowly tried to gather the rest of the missing items, starting off with the milkshakes (why someone would choose the one thing that can melt over time still puzzles me).

After about 30 minutes we got all of our cold and soggy food. Suffice to say, next time we'll be going to the BK at...

Shame.... Very bad system ... We wait 40 minutes in the car... The row is not going... Lot car wait for somebody take orders from the customers but they don't care the customer only the UBER... Why they not do other systems for the Uber? And the joke: We can not eat nothing because they will close few minutes and they not made food for us because not have hot chicken wings in the KFC... I said the true and we very disappointed because they know lot people want give order but they not take because the UBER is the very very important... I'm so sorry but the stuff and the worksystem incredible bad.... The one ⭐ I don't want give... The zero ⭐ is better......

The worse KFC in the history of of KFC the staff are sooooooo slow I had to laugh how slow they are, there was a family walk in and I felt sorry for them I ordered a variety bucket no prep needed it took 20 minutes and everyone else was sitting around bored and use to the slow service. The staff were rude no please of thank yous and after my long wait o got raw pink chicken I took back and waited a further 5 minutes for. Worse food spot in Amsterdam I would never go back. I said I’m dining in she gave me take out bag so we made do. Fries were ok chicken was dead 💀 no...
