Li's coffee house — Restaurant in Amsterdam

The place is great but the service is not the best.I have 20 minutes before my yoga class upstairs.I though I have time for a coffee and I'm sitting here waiting.Yoga class already started...don't come with less of 30 minutes to spare.It happens all the time😒 Oh!finally here after 25 minutes!It's not so busy they just don't know how to work.If you have a line waiting for coffee,take the orders,make the coffees and send them to the tables. You have a big coffee machine,you can make more than one coffee at the time.And if the staff can not handle it you should hire more people. ------ Reply to your reply(I can not do it differently): the reason why I left a review is because I came often to your café and I normally have to wait long for a coffee. Not a great experience for our first time in Amsterdam. Read the reviews and looked great however the coffee was average, half foam and tasteless coffee and our food was forgotten about until we had to go back and ask. Can understand if it was very busy but the employee was sitting down and there were only 2 customers in the cafe. The toastie was good and would have it again but probably my wouldn’t get another...
