Ordered King Prawn Korma, Chicken Bhuna and Butter Chicken. All of them really bad. That is not how you make a korma! It tasted like milk powder and coconut milk and the prawns were cooked into rubber. The bhuna and the butter chicken were pieces of chicken in the same sauce except one had some pieces of tomato. Absolute minimum effort. The nans were approximately right the day before but not fresh. Didn't even bother making the rice properly. All stuck together. I have ordered food from Mother India for a very long time. So far I had only good experiences until yesterday. It took them 1hour 40min to deliver an order. The food arrived incredibly cold. I had to call them twice to check the status of my order. They didn't even apologize, they just offered pretexts like "we don't have control over our own website". We ordered online and were provided a delivery estimate of 25-40 minutes. We waited outside in the rain during the delivery window as we were at a marina and delivery drivers often get confused. After 50 minutes we called the restaurant for an estimated arrival and the manager told me us it was almost there. After 1 hour and 20 minutes we called again but received no answer.
