New York Pizza — Restaurant in Amsterdam

DO NOT eat here!!! On September 30th I had 1 slice of pizza, yet when I reviewed my bank statements I noticed that they had charged multiple orders to my credit card. I then contacted customer service to tell them about their restaurant's fraudulent activity, but almost TWO MONTHS later they still haven't managed to return my money. I've sent them multiple screenshots of my bank records, but they keep insisting on needing proof of an order number... unfortunately I didn't keep receipts of every snack I had during my 6-month trip, as I wasn't expecting to be defrauded.

Having now realized that I won't be getting my money back after WEEKS of dealing with incompetent customer service, I've had to report this fraud to my bank. On a side note, their pizza is actually decent.. but for your own good, make sure to pay in cash and not by card!! If not, you might end up eating a slice but being charged for a full...

The customer service is extremely rude! This guy (big size with beard) is very rude as if he was forced to serve customers. When I tried to order, the way he responded to me was so furious and racist. I ordered for BBQ chicken and he gave my husband the wrong pizza but mu husband just took it cuz he didn't want to make things so complicated. Then this guys realized this and he gave me another slice which is BBQ chicken and said nothing. I only paid for one slice so I took the initiative to pay him the second slice and he did not even say a word and no apology or thank you either. Thief, the manager thats not in uniform and alwaya on the phone, grumpy and annoying looking at you, the customer, he cant even say hollo, just rudely poiting and looking at you.
