The food is decent and the location is great. The real issue is the staff. We were having a farewell celebration for a colleague who went into retirement. The bar was quite noisy and the background music was quite loud, so it was not easy to understand the speech our colleague was giving. We asked the bartender to turn the music down a bit for a few minutes, just to give the chance to our colleague to finish the speech, but that person was very rude, claiming in a rather confrontational way that they had to take into account other customers in the restaurant. In addition, that bartender also yelled at the people attended the event to make some space for the other customers to pass by, just at the same time that our colleague was giving his speech. Nice farewell memory for him and for the other colleagues...for sure not my place of choice when it is my turn to organize...

On August 24, we went to have a bite to eat. We sat outside. A waitress came and told my wife and child that they had to finish the food they hadn't bought from them, outside the restaurant. OK. My wife and child finished their food in 3 minutes and came back. During those 3 minutes, I asked to wipe the table, it was dirty with grease and sauce from the previous customers. The dirty area was where my friend and I were sitting, but the waitress said that my wife had gotten it all dirty and began to wipe the table with a sponge with foam, which began to pour down on my feet. Foam pours down on the cream pants. Finally we placed an order and they brought us a Doppelter Cheeseburger. They were simply covered in fat, especially the buns. We ate it all with difficulty. Because of that amount of fat, it was all not tasty. I do not recommend coming...

We sat inside as it was really hot outside. Lots of seating (inside and out) which was great. Menu is amazing, lots to choose from! My son had the avocado on toast (first time trying it) and said it’s the best breakfast he’s ever had! I had the Eggs Atlantic…always my favourite breakfast so a lot of pressure for them to get it right and it was AMAZING! My mum had the granola and said it was the best breakfast she had the whole of our 4 day break. My other son had a croissant which he enjoyed. We were in a bit of a rush after getting off the boat and then needing to go to the Lookout so was a little worried incase we were late to our Lookout booking but service was really quick (we hadn’t told them we were in a rush). Staff were really welcoming and happy. Would highly recommend this place and hope to visit...
