Wow! What an exceptional experience I had with my family for a dinner at this establishment last night. From the moment we walked in and to the moment we went out, we were greatly taken care of by their amazing staff. The host was really kind and accommodating. She explained in detail how the two options of - All You Can Eat and A La Carte worked to give us a confident and well informed choice. Their ordering model is tech savvy, cool and easy to operate, ordering was easy and the wait time was shockingly short. The food was delicious - my personal favourite was the grilled spicy squid dish that comes with rice. The drinks were tasty as well, I tried Soju for the first time and their Watermelon Ice Tea and I wasn’t disappointed. We were greatly taken care of by Mohammed who had a wonderful blend of friendly, professional and efficient service. Huge thanks for him, what a gem! And from time to time, a lot of the other staff came around to make sure everything was perfect. It’s obvious that they’re operating in a flawless and impeccable team. The ambiance of the restaurant was a fun, a beautiful atmosphere filled with happy guests. This was truly an unforgettable experience. They also had clean bathrooms that are easily accessible from anywhere in the restaurant.

I would highly recommend Nomi to anyone looking for a delicious restaurant with exceptional service, friendly and efficient staff and a beautiful and fun atmosphere to enjoy solo or with family and friends.

I will be definitely coming back for...

I would not recommend! Although the food is okay, the service received is not worth the bother. When we first arrived, we were told to wait at the door despite being on time and after that told to go upstairs without the instruction or direction of where our table was. When we asked when the grill was hot Problems with the service consisted of: being ‘flicked at’ when asking where the bathroom is, being shouted at by the chef for cooking through beansprouts on the grill as it ‘ruins the grill’. Then proceeded to get his colleague over, to basically laugh in our faces about it. Apparently random bits of what seemed like clams, were in the udon noodles, absolutely no communication with customers absolute shambles of a service . On top of all of this, they charge €2 per plate of food for any food left overs though proceed to leave bone and lots of fat on the meat, and CONGEALED FAT in a beef stew which is evidently inedible (picture attached). I’m not sure if we were treated this way because we are tourists, or if this is their regular service standard but my partner and I for sure will never return, and will make family and friends at home aware...

We chose the all-you-can-eat menu, and once you make your decision, all the conditions start to come. You can only order 6 dishes every 8 mins (every dish was extremely small, and some cooked dishes take extremely long for you to receive it) If you could not finish your plate, you will be charged extra 2 euros per plate Even you order all-you-can-eat menu, you will still need to mandatory drink per person ( they are gonna charge you for that)

When the first server came and explain their menu, he didn't mention anything about the mandatory drink, and once we start to eat, the more senior server (maybe the owner) came to us and said:" you guys must order drink." and pull-up the ipad ( we order dish through ipad) and showed us the rule of the all-you-can-eat menu which we have never seen that page before. And after I pointed out that none of the staff members told us about the drink rule, the owner insisted us to pay for the drink.

There might be some rooms of improvement for communication, it will be better to explain EVERYTHING beforehand verbally, OR just not to explain, and simply ask customers to read...

My experience at Nomi Sushi and Korean BBQ was far from enjoyable. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the service was lacking; We were given a table, but we had to wait for 15-20 minutes before a waiter finally came to our table with a tablet. The food left much to be desired as well. The sushi rolls were sloppily made, falling apart before we could taste them. One of the most disappointing aspects was the fried chicken. The batter was partially undercooked, giving it a doughy taste and texture. The meat was tough and cut into very big pieces. Which isn’t a problem on itself, however we had no knife or scissors to cut the meat into pieces. The tables were really small, the dishes didn’t really fit on the table, and the space is very limited between the other tables. There was a couple next to us who could barely fit into the seat because the tables are so close to each other. Overall, the dining experience at Nomi Sushi and Korean BBQ was unsatisfactory, and I cannot recommend it based on my visit. I have no plans to return in the future.
