Dear possible future guests,
Where does one begin with this monumental disaster masquerading as a dining experience? The staff were not just incompetent – they were comically useless, dragging their feet as if every table was a personal burden. No sense of urgency, no attention to detail, and absolutely zero professionalism.
The food? Half the menu was “unavailable” – a laughable excuse for what is clearly poor inventory control or sheer laziness. What did arrive was cold, bland, and insultingly underseasoned – it’s a wonder they remembered to cook it at all. And to top it off, they confused plant-based dishes with real meat. That isn’t just careless – it’s ignorant and frankly offensive.
Orders were forgotten, others butchered. To make matters worse, the hygiene was nothing short of revolting – as the final insult, there was a hair nestled right in the middle of one dish – a vile discovery that perfectly encapsulates the sheer contempt this place has for basic cleanliness. I noticed that after accepting the payment and preparing the salad bowl, I was asked to take my order to my table on my own. Which is fine in itself and i don't mind self service restuarants. As we were almost the first few customers and restuarant was relatively empty, I wasn't aware how things run there
But, later on I noticed that the staff was not only servicing food at the table to other customers but also asking if they need any thing else.
And to us they acted as if we were not there at all.
These instances spoil the vacation vibes for tourists. I hope the staff would correct this discrimination.

Read moreI really wanted to enjoy my visit, but unfortunately the experience fell short in several areas.
One staff member was visibly unwell - constantly sniffling, touching her face and nose, and then handling food and drinks without washing her hands, which felt quite off-putting, especially in a hospitality setting.
Tables were left uncleared while multiple staff sat around chatting and snacking instead of attending to guests. It gave the impression that service just wasn’t a priority.
On top of that, my salad had nut shells in it, the cutlery wasn’t clean, and the general atmosphere didn’t feel very hygienic.
