Stars Burgers — Restaurant in Amsterdam

This is my third visit. A place to eat will leave a good impression on us not only because of the quality of the food but a number of other aspects including the service of the employees. This place made a good impression on me the first time I stepped into this place and was greeted with a warm and friendly smile, as well as very good service from the employees serving that day. He gave me the opportunity to not only enjoy the food, but enjoy the atmosphere there like a friend visiting his favorite place. He also came to my table several times to make sure that everything I needed was available and to ensure that I enjoyed the meal served. As a first time customer, I felt very welcome and appreciated. For me, that impression is what gives this place a plus. I also really enjoyed the food served, as well as the very comfortable feel of the room. Of course, no restaurant is completely perfect. There are just things that need to be improved. However, this place deserves to be a comfortable, friendly choice, according to the price offered, and clean. Hopefully more people...

Tasty food, great customer service and all at a really good price.

We have been to a few places to eat out while on our stay and have found a few to be very expensive.

Here the food and drinks are very reasonably priced.

I had the Chicken schnitzel with fries, my wife had the Irish burger and my daughter had the Bolognese. Everything was perfectly seasoned and hit the spot.

The owner is really nice. We arrived late and he said we had 30 minutes before he was closed. As we were there another couple came in 15 minutes after us and he took the table. He told us not to worry and not to rush.

I can't say enough about the high level of customer service, really made us feel welcome.

This is the kind of restaurant you might walk passed but if you eat there you want to return regularly.

I think some of the reviewers were expecting this place to be more than what it is. At its core, it’s a burger shop that also carries some other items. And it’s open late, which is fantastic given how many things are closed or no longer serving food after 10.

The food was fine—not amazing, not terrible—and I agree that the drinks and sauces were a little expensive. Still, it’s not like they were totally ridiculous, so I think people are overreacting there. The fries were great and it was nice to have a little side salad with my meal.

The standout here are the owners who were both incredibly nice and attentive. To me, that’s worth going back. I’d much rather them have my money than a large corporation where the quality honestly won’t be any better and likely the service...
