🍕🔥 One of the best pizzas we’ve had in Amsterdam it was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor.
We came around 8pm before our boat ride and ordered two pizzas, the quattro formaggi and a gluten free pollo pizza made dairy free (no cheese), along with calamari. The staff were really kind. Our waiter Ammar and chef Kamal let us enjoy the appetizers first, then reheated our pizzas when we came back after the ride around 9:30pm. Kamal explained in a very nice way that he didn’t want the pizza sitting cold, but he still took care of it for us respectfully. Honestly, even reheated, the pizza was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The calamari was also delicious and the only downside was that I wanted more. My wife really enjoyed her gluten free dairy free pizza as well. The menu has a lot of options, including gluten free, and the service was excellent. Definitely a must visit pizza spot in Amsterdam. Read moreEmpty place, mediocre food and horrendous staff. Went in with a group of 8 us and the member of staff in there was highly unprofessional and gave no help or care. Surprising as they only had 1 other table in there. Avoid at all costs.

Nobody from our group returned to apologise. We were all disgusted with the service and couldn't get out of their quick enough. We also did not create a bad atmosphere. We were all laughing and having a nice time but being respectful.
Your member of staff clearly has no manners or care for your customers. If you have CCTV I suggest you watch how miserable he was and how uninterested he was to provide a customer service.
The only bad atmosphere came when we were trying to split the bill and instead of trying to help us (we spoke for less than 20 seconds) your staff member tried to just walk away. My biggest regret is that I actually paid. I should of just walked out at that point because clearly he didn't want to take our money.
There are so many reviews over that past couple of years saying how bad the service is and I can only imagine it was all him. Unless it's your business culture to shun customers.

There was only one waiter in a place with more than ten tables! And in the meantime, the waiter went to make a phone call twice. They brought out half of the drinks, while the other half came only after the food. Out of six cutlery sets, only two were on the table. They forgot part of our order. But none of this would have been a problem if at least the food had been tasty and good. Except for the pizza, everything was frozen, as everything was ready just two minutes after I placed my order.
