Rude, rude, rude. Came in to have coffee and lunch. After 10 minutes sitting at my table, I decided to go to the cashier to order the coffee myself. Was given a paper coffee cup, while obviously sitting down to work and stay. When I asked if I could get a normal coffee cup because I wanted to stay, she responded 'that is not how we do things here' (!!!!). Well, in that case, do not put chairs and tables on the coffee bar, remove the normal coffee cups from the cashier and put different photos on your website. After 1,5 hours sitting there (bar completely empty btw), I decided to go. Employees on their phone, loudly discussing their holidays and absolutely not keeping an eye on customers. Missed change. Nothing to do with service but obviously that is not the goal. As my colleges said this was the best coffee place nearby I had high expectation. Only to be disappointed by a terrible customer service. The coffee ain’t cheap and telling me that my preference (for example coconut milk) is gross and that they don’t sell it because it’s terrible, doesn’t make me want to come again or suggest to others to try it out. Even the coffee wasn’t that great for them to be so cocky about what is good and bad. Never felt humiliated in a coffee place...

So happy that Laury is back! She makes the best coffee with so much love, always smiling and super friendly. She knows my order (and even my colleagues’) by heart, which makes mornings here extra nice. Honestly, the vibe wasn’t the same while she was away on vacation — her replacement was never around when I walked in, I’d have to wait a few minutes, and he looked unhappy to see customers.
