Aangebrand eten, koud geleverd en geen geld terug ontvangen!

Ik heb vandaag bij dit restaurant eten besteld, maar het was echt niet te eten. Het eten is duidelijk aangebrand de kip en broccoli zijn doorgegaan, smaken verbrand en stinken enorm. De groenten zijn zo aangebrand dat de originele ingrediënten niet eens meer te herkennen zijn. Wat overbleef, zijn slechts droge, verbrande stukjes groente en kip.

Daarnaast ontbreken meerdere ingrediënten die volgens de bon wél in het gerecht horen te zitten, zoals paprika en taugé. Deze zijn ook nergens te zien, waarschijnlijk meeverbrand tijdens het bereiden. Ik had bovendien een grote portie besteld, maar kreeg een klein bakje, wat absoluut niet overeenkomt met wat ik heb betaald.

Verder had ik Cream Soda besteld als drankje. Er werd gebeld dat dit niet leverbaar was, terwijl het via de website gewoon te bestellen was. De bezorging duurde meer dan zestig minuten, en toen het eten eindelijk aankwam, was het koud.

Alles bij elkaar is dit zeer teleurstellend. Het eten is aangebrand, onvolledig, koud en simpelweg niet eetbaar. We hebben contact opgenomen met het restaurant en er werd beloofd dat het geld zou worden teruggestort, maar tot op heden nog steeds niets ontvangen.

English Burnt food, cold delivery and still no refund received!

I placed an order with this restaurant today, but the food was completely inedible. The food was clearly burnt the chicken and broccoli were overcooked, tasted burnt and had a terrible smell. The vegetables were so overdone that the original ingredients were no longer even recognizable. What was left were just dry, burnt pieces of chicken and vegetables.

Several ingredients listed on the receipt, such as paprika and bean sprouts, were completely missing most likely burnt away during preparation. I also ordered a large portion, but received only a small box, which does not match what I paid for.

In addition, I ordered Cream Soda as a drink. I received a call saying it was not available, even though it was still listed as available on the website. The delivery took more than sixty minutes, and when it finally arrived, the food was cold.

Overall, this was extremely disappointing. The food was burnt, incomplete, cold and simply not edible. We contacted the restaurant and were told that the money would be refunded, but up to this day nothing has been received.

The photos of the order clearly show how burnt and poorly prepared the food is. A very bad experience definitely never...

I ordered one of the recommended special combinations and was worried I was coming down with covid when my first bite (and subsequent container of food) was so bland with the exception of tasting the charcoal grill on the chicken. For close to €20 for a portion of takeaway that would be almost half the cost elsewhere, in addition to the lack of seasoning and flavor, I was really disappointed in the frozen veggie use as well.

While it's open later than most other spots in that portion of town, I recommend finding your late night...

Ordered food and was told the expected delivery was 00:30-00:50, food wasn't delivered until 1am so we called and they said another 5 minutes but when we came down a hotel staff member said they came ages ago but didn't inform us not by call or by Uber eats. They gave very small misleading portions and we paid for two drinks and didn't even get them! Called the store for help and they wouldn't answer quickly. Very bad service would...
