It used to be my take away coffee place until today. Sad to say that I just discovered how they are not child friendly and super rude. After a long pandemie break, it is was the first time we stayed to enjoy our coffees. It was very obvious that they didn’t like children visiting their. Later on, a guy walked in with his unleashed 3 sheep huge dogs and the dogs went wild, barking and run onto the children. We had to protect the kids and ourselves, had to deal with the dog owner while this cafe owner said/done nothing other than saying unleashed dogs are welcome and these 3 dogs visit the cafe every day and behave well. Well, obviously not this time and my kids were almost the victims! It takes only one time that one bad thing can happen and you get your lesson. It is ridicilous that they allowed those 3 huge dogs run inside unleashed. The dogs literally jumped on the kids (3yo + 1,5 yo). Later on, we had a chat and they were keen on not saying sorry or what so ever. Very ignorant and rude. Just a wanna be place and workers. Sorry guys, trying to be cool or hipster is not cool. You lack of communication and respect! Will never...

What a waste of what could be a nice work/coffee/meeting place! They have made sure you can't work from here by removing all access to electrical power outlets. The only nice thing about this place is a tiny tea-room like seating place where you can sit on the ground with pillows. Staff is not so friendly, coffee is mediocre at best. I was snapped at by a staff member when asking for an electrical outlet and refused to be given milk when asked. ("Taste it first and if you still need milk for your coffee then you can have some"). It's quite the contradiction to see a place built/setup to be condusive for working, yet electrical plugs are banned from consumer use. There are many other nice places to work from, sip coffee or meet a friend. Save yourself the disappointment, about €3 on a cup of coffee and avoid...

Came here last year om business trip, this year here for holiday, purposely got a hotel nearby so that it'll be my morning ritual.

Vibes are immaculate, staff are helpful, friendly, but not overbearing - calmly helpful to my questions. Plus, the two folk on team as I'm writing this were cleaning the bars and tables, chatting to regulars and their babies, having friendly chatter, just generally owning their space.

Am looking forward to a week of relaxing morning brews.

Also for those looking - they seem to allow laptops in some areas, other tables are no laptop zones.

Oh, and the coffee is delicious. Natural Ethiopian on espresso, didn't ask about the filter but its exactly what I like in a batch brew; easily drinkable but still...

Funky place, nice ambient electro music playing over the sound system to drink your coffee to. I had a flat white of the Brazil beans that were in one grinder. Full body, extremely smooth. As an Australian, I can say it's a proper flat white (I've drunk some awful attempts at other places while on this European holiday). Was perhaps a little less hot than is preferable (quite a lot of temperature headroom before the milk would scald), but on this particular day when it was over 30° outside, I was actually quite happy to drink it at that temperature. Venue looks kind of small from the front, but there's a whole back section up and over past the counter

Too high acidity levels for me, but my husband likes it. The worst side of their coffee is that they make it lukewarm even if I ask for extra hot. I don't even drink hot, but they really make it almost in the room temperature. I have been there for 3 times and they never seemed to listening to me. They do not make eye contact. I know now Dutch people don't like to have small talks or to smile, but they at least need to listen when I order I guess. To sum up: they are a bit rude and coffee is not hot and not that good.

Very hippstery place - could have been copy-pasted from a Berlin street-corner. They have a wide selection of different coffees and ways of preparing them and roast in house. They also inform you on the menu that their roast and way of preparing their coffee aims to be very smooth. Unfortunately, I did not like the coffee - simply not enough flavor and although smooth a bit flat (Ethopian washed V60). Food looked nice and staff was friendly, but if you are looking for strong coffees, this is not the place to go to.
