Came in and sat down. They were just finishing up with a large party and thought we would be okay as there were only two waitresses there. After sitting for ten, one gave our party of four 2 menus and said she would bring the other two. After another 10 minutes, she arrives with glasses of water (no extra menus) and takes our order. We get sliders, gorilla burger, tacos, and just a plain cheeseburger. I knew we were in trouble when she didn't write anything down. Ordered a beer and a mixed drink. Drinks came out after about another 10 minutes or so and the mixed drink wasn't very good and beer quickly went warm. We sat there for quite a long time, 20 minutes with no interaction, with no waitress to refill water glasses, check on drinks (wife wanted ice for the beer since it was so warm). Finally received an appetizer of onion rings (mediocre at best/frozen type) and a Caesar salad (very light on dressing) with no extra plates given for table to share. The table was very small as well, making it difficult for space, just as previous reviewer shared. After waiting about another 30 minutes for the main meal to arrive, we watched the table beside us get their food, who DID arrive significantly later after us. After I flagged the waitress down for more water (she never once asked if we wanted more drinks...), I asked about our meal and she said there was an "error" in the kitchen and that it would be out shortly. When the food did arrive, she tried to set the burger in front of me with the appetizer plate of onion rings and Caesar salad still on the table (yes, that's how bad it was!). The plain cheeseburger my grandson asked for had mayonnaise and coleslaw on it, the sweet potato fries I asked for was regular fries, the sliders my wife received were so much grease laden that it stained the entire front of her shirt, and the tacos were the worst my granddaughter had ever eaten. The burger meat had no distinct taste, just grease. I don't understand the use of the Cole slow on all of the burgers as that does nothing but make the bottom of the bun soggy as heck to to where you end up using your fork if you even eat that much. With that much grease with those offerings, no extra napkins given or even offered. Don't even think that the waitress will be around as they were truly non existent for the entire experience. At the end, after sitting in front of our half eaten meal for another 10 to 15 minutes, waiting for the waitress and the bill, and even though I truly just wanted to walk away without paying, I did the right thing and had to go up to the bar (where they go in and out into the kitchen) and asked for the bill. My family will never be back here as there are much better places here on Aruba to eat with...
Read moreMy wife and two teenage girls were sat at a table that was best suited for two, not four.. we seemed to be invisible patrons as waiters and waitresses bustled around.. what seemed like 15 minutes before someone stopped by to take our food and drink orders only to have to repeat the choices to our server since his tablet had somehow wiped out our selections only 2 minutes later… fine, repeated the process, 2 cokes, 1 Bilashi beer and a Pino, along with our burger choices… drinks come swiftly enough… then the wait… 10 turns to 20 turns to 30 turns to 45 minutes and no food… we arrived at 8 pm, they had a decent crowd but was not insanely busy.. the last straw was a table of 4 that arrived 25 minutes after we did started to receive their food.. I went to what appeared to be the person in charge and told them we are leaving and I’ll pay for the drinks we consumed… he had no excuse… so I can’t really comment on the food as we never tasted it, but for whatever reason they failed to serve us a meal and therefore I’m only recommending to consider...
Read morewent here on vacation and there was nothing to complain about. When i went the service was already acting very nice but when i was served my server was trying speak to me in english when ( i’m a American but i am also fluent in spanish) his english was good as the people on Aruba knows popimento but i decided speak in spanish and he was very nice. Biron if you’re reading this tank you for your service. I mentioned it was my dad birthday briefly and at the end they gave a round of shots for their gift and i really appreciated it. The food was also amazing i had the drunken burger ( their main special ) and their chicken burger and i don’t have any negotiable things to ssy. I would recommend any new comer to Aruba to try this place out. the bill came out to only $63 which isn’t bad for 3 people compared to when you look at the other spots from the stirp. I enjoyed my experience and will for sure come back if i ever have the chance. thanks to the drunken...
