We were heading home from a lit party in Tilburg, when suddenly we realised we were pretty hungry. Now we have some experience with food places in Breda, however this still managed to sweep us off our feet. Not only was the service fast, the food was great, made fast, good quality, perfect temperature AND inclusive. We really appreciate that the entire menu was also available with (vegetarian) falafel. Happy is a socially responsible company and single handedly contributing to a greater society. YOU WILL GET YOUR MONEYS WORTH. While waiting for our food (it was not long btw) we enjoyed an exotic flavoured fanta, which was nicely CHILLED (just like us). They are raising awareness by playing the news on the radio. But no worries, they also play some good tunes ;). The service was AMAZING. We got offered extra sauce and after one bottle was taken by a nice gentleman, one of the employees gave us a new bottle approximately 15 seconds later. Although, in the end we ended up with four bottles. Super considerate! Also, naming the kapsalon “happysalon” really caught our attention. And last but not least, you have an intriguing wallpaper. This place is an absolute gem! I order here all the time and it’s always a perfect experience. My favorites are the chicken doner and the kapsalon with falafel — they’re simply amazing. Delivery is super fast, the couriers are always friendly, and the food arrives hot and fresh. The chicken is juicy and perfectly grilled, the fries are golden and crispy, and the falafel is out of this world. Slecht, slecht en nog eens slecht. Vrijdagnacht (21/01) hebben wij om 01;45 een bestelling geplaatst. Het betrof een durum doner en een kapsalon doner (groot). Na een uur was er nog niets. We belde opnieuw en vervolgens werd er geschreeuwd aan de telefoon en werden we uitgescholden omdat het druk is en het langer kon duren. De meneer annuleerde onze bestelling gewoon en hing op. Ik ging niet akkoord en belde terug, toen kreeg ik een vriendelijkere man aan de lijn en bestelde opnieuw voor ons. Inmiddels was het 03;30 uur. Hij zou ons tegemoet komen met extra vlees. Om 03:45 uur werden wij gebeld door Has Doner of onze bestelling nog door kon gaan. Ja uiteraard?! Uiteindelijk was het eten er om half 5 (dus na 2 uur en 3/4 uur) en het ergste was dat het niet eens naar doner smaakte of er uberhaupt op leek. De volgende dag zijn mijn maat en ik er ook goed ziek van geweest. Helaas wilt het bedrijf of het desbetreffende fililaal niets onder ogen zien.
