Pasa Kontrami — Restaurant in Curaçao

We stopped in for a casual dinner at this open-air bar on the quai in Otrobanda, which has a limited food menu (just the specials on the blackboard). While they offered usual bar fare like burgers, we chose shrimp skewers with fries, sauteed fish filets with fries and a Polar beer. It was simple but tasty, and we had a great view when the Queen Emma bridge swung open near the end...

Nice little open-air bar on the outskirts of the Queen Emma Bridge. Ended up sitting here and enjoying two reasonably priced beers, and some good conversations, while the bridge was opened for a boat to pass by. Staff was very nice and friendly.

We stopped by at night, when the cruise ships were gone, but I could see this place being very busy with cruise passengers, given...

I was staying at the Renaissance for a week and this became my go-to place. Steve is a very friendly guy with great service. Good beer selection and good food with reasonable prices. I watched the NHL and NBA finals here. Comfortable chairs, nice TVs and a great location with a great breeze....
