De Ark van Delft — Restaurant in Delft

This place was my burger of choice, I have been to this place countless of times and I have been ordering burger menus for more than 5 years now. Since the corona crisis started and people were banned to go to restaurants, more and more people started to have their meals been delivered. De Ark van Delft started to increase prices, they decreased it eventually to the original price but what they did instead is unbelievable. The last time I ordered a burger menu I placed a reorder on one of my previous orders to save time, I noticed the bag was much lighter once delivered. Looking into the bag, I saw the size of the twister fries shrunk in half and the same goes for the smoothie while they forgot to put the cola in the bag. The 500 ml smoothie was replaced with a 250 ml bottle which was not even filled in full. I checked my order and their online menu just to make sure. The 500 ml smoothie was changed in the menu to 300 ml while the price was decreased by 25%. The burger was not even barely grilled while the size got smaller, the twister fries bag cut in half and the smoothie was tasteless like it was one third smoothie, 2third water. They eventually delivered my cola after I was finished with the cold burger and they definitely lost a loyal costumer. Well done!

The food taste very good I have tried this place three times

I ordered wrap chicken twice (fried chicken) It is good and tasty and the portion is more than enough for one person The only things, the fried chicken was oily for me because I'm used to olive oil. Also, the bread maybe it needs to be tosted because it is not crunchy and when you it it it is stuck in the upper side of my mouth But I would ordered again with a little toast This I can give 3,6 out of 5

The third time we ordered the Queen chicken burger which was very good Grilled chicken and marinated with fries The portion is good too and the taste is very nice and juicy I think this time is better and worth to try again and again 4,7 out of 5 Halal chicken 👍( ask for no bacon)

Tried this place the first time. Taking out one star because their fries are just subpar for a country known for their fries. I'd think fries would be the easiest to master but it is rather disappointing! When I was ordering at the counter (15 mins before closing) the owner was yelling in anger at his staff and I don't know who else, which made me wonder if he wasnt happy with me ordering so close to closing, so taking out another star for bad customer service.We tried their wraps and they are huge so worth the money you pay for them (around 7 euros). Tried chicken fingers and they are good too. Haven't tried the burgers so can't comment on them. That said, if I look past those issues, I'd go back for wraps and try burgers and other items on the menu, but will avoid...
