Plein 11 — Restaurant in Delft

After checking multiple times that the vegan burger was ok for a child with milk, egg, nut and peanut allergies, we ordered it. The burger was served with a brioche (milk containing) bread bun and regular mayonnaise (egg containing). Luckily we were suspicious of the bread bun and mayonnaise and checked again with the serving staff, who, after checking the ingredients herself, confirmed that the vegan burger was neither vegan nor safe for someone with allergies. If the child had eaten the burger, she could have been seriously ill and required hospital care. We would not recommend this restaurant for anyone with allergies or other dietary restrictions. We even had an allergy translation card to make sure that the kitchen staff were well informed of the situation. The experience made the child...

I had an amazing experience at Plein in Delft! With the sun finally shining, we took full advantage of their cozy terrace, sipping on refreshing passion fruit mojitos and indulgent white chocolate pornstar martinis. 🍹✨ The Caribbean-Asian fusion cuisine was a perfect match—everything from the crispy rice and chicken satay to the pika balls and tasty sandwiches was absolutely delicious.

The atmosphere inside and outside was fun and inviting, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy good food. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique and flavorful dining experience in Delft. Can’t wait...

Brilliant visit, we sat just outside in the square facing the shop, watching the people walking by and sitting with other likeminded people doing similar. Friendly owner whom seemed to know loads of people and his staff were 1st class. Ordered coffee which came well presented, without fuss and with friendly smile. I could have sat here for hours but had to leave at some point as other places to see. This is an absolutely fantastic place and setting in the middle of Delpht with stunning Dutch buildings...
