We wanted to have some during lunch time today. It already started very strange with the waitress. She did not bring our menu, but was nicely serving others. Other waiter brought the menu and the drinks. Then she came and took the food order. After 45 min. still no food. We asked the waiter, he checked and returned back that the waitress forgot to put the order in the system. While she did all others well and everyone was getting their food. Strange she was only forgetting us. When I asked her on explanation she answered rudely that i got my answer from the other waiter. It just can happen. The other female colleague were standing by her and not even looking at me, but carefully following the conversation. Mediocre food with high prices and slow service.

1. They forgot about our mains after having the luxury croquettes, which even took a while to arrive. We had to remind them 15 minutes after we finished just to be replied with “Oh yeah but we were waiting for you to finish your appetizer to start cooking the mains”.

2. I got the Tuna Salad. Tuna was good but they were stingy on the sauce, which made the salad dry. Had to ask for more sauce and was charged for it. Even worse, we found some extraterrestrial clump of fibrous substance. Neither the staff, nor the head waitress knew what it was. We were offered a new plate and drinks on the house but we were charged for the plate. The price of the plate wasn’t justified by the quality of the food.

3. The pasta in the Gamba’s dish was clearly overcooked and while good, wasn’t...

Food is pricey yet very average, Among the 10 of us we had many things from their menu for dinner and I don’t think anything was above average and unfortunately below par in my case (I had rib-eye, medium rare which had very little taste. I think the meat wasn’t of good quality).

The stairs to toilet is scary, I don’t think I’ve been to any restaurant, which has such bad stairs; it is steep, has railing only on one side, and has very small base for feet with very little grip. I’m actually surprised that it’s even allowed to have such stairs in a place which serves alcohol. They should definitely fix that first and then the food.
