Fancy place, the crowd found within fits the ambiance.

The food is delicious and holds up to the prices given. Important to note that the steaks do not include the side dish, and you should check what you’d like next to it as it’s not reminded by the wait staff.

The chimichurri sauce is on the house and luckily so, because as it’s advertised to the be Argentinian version it certainly was not the green version, or any version of authentic chimichurri that we are acquainted with.

While I was at first pleased to find mature and serious staff here as opposed to other places that are filled with bumbling students, that relief was quickly turned sour as we started to feel progressively less welcome at the place. A little smile and a please&thank you can go a long way, especially when you consider how understaffed the horeca department is these days.

While I immensely enjoyed my meal, the service here left a lot to be desired. We constantly had to try and flag down either one of the two ladies helping us, and decided to skip on wine and deserts because of the lack of care. When it was time to leave we realized that it would just be faster to stand at cash register to pay. I wish I could say the place was crowded to warrant such lack of attention but this was right before it got busy.

Ok so I’m not sure where to start. Actually

TLDR; Spare your money and time and go to a different place. It’s not worth it I’m sorry.

Now on details. We arrived around 18:30-18:45. Of course drinks order was taken right away, but then it took some time to take our food order which I thought was a little odd but ok. Then we order at 19:00. We get starters around 19:20. Then the time was 20:10 when we finally got our mains. I noticed 2 more tables that came right before and right after us had food a solid 20’ before us. So overall the service was very bad. Waiters were not bad, but the overall service was really poor.

Now on the food itself. I ordered the grilled chicken. The meat itself was nice. Nothing special, just a breast grilled and costed 17 euros. Unless there is some sort of proof that it is biological or something then I don’t really see how it is worth that much. The fries were the biggest disappointment of the night. Although I saw them while walking in and was braced for prefrozen fries, I was faced with fries that do not deserve a place on a restaurant table. Shame. Really shame.

The atmosphere was not bad, but honestly the food is most important in a GRILL.

Never again. We arrived at 19.30 and we had to wait at the entrance 10 minutes just to have the possibility to talk to someone. Then, the lady said to us that, due to an error they made, our reservation was lost. I had to show her the call on my phone, to get a "still, I don't have a table for you" as an answer. At that moment, I replied with "I'll review this" and only after that thread she told me that they could eventually find a table. We were finally seated, but again, nobody considered us at all. We had to ask for a menu ourselves, we waited 40 MINUTES to receive a bottle of water, they lost our order for the wine, which arrived an hour and ten minutes after our entrance, after we already had the first plate finished. We ordered a steak which was nothing special, with fries which seemed to be frozen food. We left, very disappointed, after 2.15 hours, after paying too much money for the terrible experience.
