Brasserie van Beinum — Restaurant in Haarlem

Catastrophic !!! If u like warm drinks and cold burgers, this is the place to visit. The worst place we were during our 4 days in Haarlem. The service was catastrophic. I’m pretty sure the service in a prison in Zimbabwe is better. No one from the waiters knows what to do. Burgers were cold (told it two times to the server…not interested). They run over their terasse like drunken chicken. Have seen a better service on a low-coat airline. Never again…never !!!! Thank...

The food-perfect. We ordered two vegetarian dishes, the poke bowl and the burger. Both very tasty, with tastes i havent experienced yet in my journey of being vegetarian. The food came in after maybe 15 minutes of vaiting, very quick. The staff spoke english kind off poorly, but well enough to understand what we wanted to order. The walls of the restaurat were dirty with oil and kind off scrapped, you can see they arent cleaned regularely. Toilets smelled of piss, but...

Food was good but staff quality didn’t match. Standing behind me to take my order instead of standing at the head of the table, I think it’s polite to look people in the eye when serving them. They were also being loud (screaming at each other), and not very helpful. Reserved a table outside but they only had high tables available which wasn’t suitable for our older company.
