Two of our parties 3 glasses were dirty, not water spots dirty, but hardened chunks of old food on them dirty. While the servers themselves werenât bad, the fact that a server would bring such nasty glasses to a table shows a clear lack of work ethic.
The margherita pizza wasnât inedible, but it was extremely bad by any restaurants standard.
The âVincenzoâ pizza, aka a pizza diavola, was absolutely disgusting. I ate two bites and left the rest of the pizza. It came with a giant hole in the middle and stretched into an oval shape because it was clearly fired wrong. The dough was a soggy mushy mess in the middle. Think tres leches but with tomato sauce. The âspicyâ salami was absolutely bottom quality, unflavored, nasty texture, and you can tell from other screenshots on other reviews how low quality it is. This was all exacerbated by the sheer volume of mozzarella on the pizza, it was a massive pile of slop, absolutely disgusting in every way. It seemed very much like they messed up and tried to pull the pizza out too soon, so to fix the hole they just threw a handful of cheese on it.
The margherita had a normal amount of cheese on it, so I have no idea what happened to my diavola to make it have at least 4 times the cheese on it.
The service gets a 1 because no one with any self respect would bring out nasty glasses or a soggy disgusting mushy pizza with a hole in it. You guys need to take a little bit of pride in your product.
The atmosphere is okay, but the place overall is fairly dirty. It needs some employees who care about their establishment.
The only good thing about this place is itâs location.
Order a beer and drink it from the bottle and maybe youâll enjoy...
Read moreWe have been here quite a few times, but this past year it has gotten worse. We had a table reserved and still had to wait 25 minutes to be seated and no apologies from them. The portions are now much smaller (the pizzas used to stick out of the plate and now they are half that, what happened?). Also the last two times we have ordered burrata salad and they have brought us salad with mozzarella, but when we said that thatâs not what we ordered they had the audacity to tell us âyes, that is burrataâ. For Godâs sake, it was melted! If they donât have burrata itâs okay to say so and we would have ordered something else, and not paid burrata for mozzarella. I donât know what has changed here in the last year, but clearly something...
Read moreGreat service and the food was fairly decent. We were able to call ahead and reserve a table which was nice since we had a large group. The staff was so kind and very patient with us, especially the kids. I wished the Margherita pizza had more cheese on it but the kids ate it all as is. Portion sizes for the pasta are on the small side; great if you plan on ordering appetizers, soup or dessert. Not so great if it's all you're getting. I was still hungry when I left but overall everyone had a great time. It was a very cozy place and I would have loved to stay for coffee and dessert but it just wasn't happening once the toddlers were...
