The food was solid (7/10-quality, maybe higher). But the fundamental duty of a restaurant is to cook its food to order—otherwise, why not just go to a grocery store?
Therein lies the problem: Toko Nur serves its food (for walk-in orders, at least) cold and premade—you have to take it home and reheat it yourself.
If I have to cook anyway, why would I ever order from a restaurant? I could save money—and get a better meal!—with only marginally more time spent.
