Sorry, guys, you need to improve when it comes to the waiting time spent in the queue for buying a product from the shelf that doesn't require any preparation. I've just spent again 10 minutes queuing to pay for the ready made yogurt. This is a recurrent episode, for the past 2 years since I discovered this item, I like to buy it when I get the chance. Every time, with no exception in this location, I had to queue for minimum 10 minutes. Today I dared to ask why they don't open another kassa as they were operating only with one despite being 5 people behind the counter. They told me that 10 minutes waiting time is very reasonable. Perhaps if you order coffee it is, but in my mind, for sure they can be more efficient. Although they recently underwent a remodel and reopening, today was average level service and I noticed the drink recipes have changed for the worse. The exorbitant prices and "assembly line style" preparation of drinks leaves a bitter taste in your mouth. Ha! Just wait until you taste the coffee for yourself. I have ordered a double espresso and it arrived half spilled without proper espresso crema, looking like filter coffee; a sign that the machine does not function or the coffee beans are not fresh. I complained and another double espresso was made of exactly the same poor quality. The barista thought that this was normal, showing that obviously she had no training as a coffee barista ever.
