Huize kwast — Restaurant in Leeuwarden

Dined at here last week and enjoyed the wonderful service at this restaurant! We were quickly allocated a table and within minutes a waiter was enthusiastically taking our order. We ordered some bites to share for table and every item served perfectly met the brief.

We ordered nachos, shawarma bites, sweet potatoes fries (served with truffle mayonnaise & given complimentary parmesan).  The food was quite good, served with a variety of sauces but the nachos felt like they were missing some components and could maybe benefit from a few more fresh vegetables to balance the cheese. The heated plates were a nice touch though!

Overall, the highlight was definitely the service that night, waiters and bar staff were very happy to help and made us feel so comfortable so quickly when visiting the restaurant. I would strongly recommend...

It's good restaurants. Many seat of outside terrace! Nice view about river. Many kind of drink and food. Also today was very cold even summer! And they're turn on the heater!! That's really feel warmly service^^ We eat meat mix plates and that's amazing ^^!! Grilled chicken squeeze with peanut sauce, pork steak and ribeye steak, with ribs! And also with sweet potatoes and fresh tomatoes vegetables salad! I really recommend this menu if you 2persons. Very nice tasty and makes your fully dinner^^ And desert icecream too good. We visited first time the city of Leewarden and we stopped for a bike ride, Huize kwast was the choice for us and we didn’t regret it at all. First, being in corona times, the place was super careful with respecting the rules. We sat outside, beautiful warm terrace event on rainy weather. The service was great, the young waiter was friendly, on time with recommendations. Food was so well prepared, colours, taste and tempting smell, all enjoyable for us.
